Adventure with Me to your Divine Human Potential

Some of the most transformational periods of my life have come from working with Coaches, Healers and Space holders who have seen my potential and held a space for me to become and embody the next version of me over a period of time. I find to work with someone who has evolved through similar life experiences and done the work to alchemise and enlighten their shadow and trauma is the most valuable way to achieve personal freedom and transformation. You see, it's just simply a frequency that they hold in their field of energy that emits healing to the parts of others that they have healed themselves. This is what I do when I hold space for people as they journey through awakening, healing and ascending their consciousness whilst becoming the embodiment of their divine human potential.

My intention as I create powerful containers for people to heal, grow, evolve, awaken and ascend in is to empower them to find their own sense of soul powered direction. To hold a healing space and be there to support and help them in the deepest service I possibly can. To equip them with tools, resources and practices that can support their growth. To channel the light, truth, knowledge, understanding and wisdom needed for them to remember who they are on a soul level and evolve into who their soul wants them to become. To ask them questions that connect them to the answers that are already inside of them. To bring all my tools in my toolbox of spiritual support to the table and use them for their greatest good.

Adventuring with me isn't always going to be easy and you may be asked to look at shadowy parts of yourself that you've been covering with shame and guilt. Your inner guidance may be leading you to do things that are way out of your comfort zone and you'll be living on the edge of your expansion, whilst also experiencing periods of contraction to help integrate anything that requires inner work and deeper contemplation. It may seem at times like you're treading in dangerous territory. But it's all worth it for your evolution into your divine human potential and you'll be held in the safest, most supportive space through the process whilst being showered with celebration, encouragement and love. We will have weekly 90 minute sessions focussed on bringing you the modalities and support that is needed as you journey with me. I will always be on hand for support via messaging and get back to you within 24 hours. I will be giving you resources, worksheets, practices and connecting you to anything that I think will resonate with you. There will be availability for emergency 20 minute sessions to support you in healing and grounding in case of any difficult times you may be going through within a period of 24 hours from request. All of this will be a co-creation and if there's something you need and I can bring it to our sacred container, I will.
