This session is created to empower you in your current circumstance to find the answers within you and bring you the practices that help you integrate your current process. I bring your natal astrological chart to the table with any current transits and help you explore questions that bring resolution to your current challenges. I will hold space for you to explore your energy and help you discover who you're becoming in this chapter of your life.

This session is ultimately designed for you to become more you and help you discover more about your life path, your energetic blueprint and align you with who the universe is asking you to become.

My approach with coaching is to put you in the drivers seat and be a guide to help you navigate the journey ultimately empowering you so you can find your way home to you. Areas of consciousness we may explore are the higher self, the inner child, relationship with your embodied incarnation self and navigating the relationships in your life. We can explore your relationship with life itself and help you maximise your potential when it comes to all areas of life to help you experience optimal satisfaction with your life experience.

I have been expanding my repertoire of spiritual modalities over the past 8 years and sometimes get asked to teach people what I know about certain spiritual topics. This session is ideal if you're wanting support as you're developing and learning a spiritual modality that I have experience in or if you want to learn in specific areas that I specialise in:

I have had experience supporting and teaching on astrology, galactic astrology and akashic record courses under Julia Balaz of GalacticAstrology.com and can offer extra support through her courses or for anyone who wants to continue learning and expanding in this field. I have created numerous of my own healing modalities to help with the integration process of certain aspects of consciousness. I have created many charts for dowsing to help research what is needed for alignment and I can support people who are wanting to develop many different forms within the healing and spiritual arts.
