Hi Beautiful Soul,

A student/teacher of consciousness, galactic astrologer, quantum intuitive guide, healing facilitator and supporter of spiritual journeys for beautiful souls. I've been on a path of expanding my consciousness for some years now and learning about various streams of spiritual thought to find a union between everything that rings true for me. I have ventured into many mystical avenues of approaching spirituality gathering all the things that felt like truth to me from many cultures, philosophies and belief systems.

However, It was always difficult being in the human body. Partly because I didn't spend a whole lot of time in this physical dimension as a soul prior to this incarnation and the ones that I did weren't the easiest. When I chose to look into stories from my soul records and learn how astrology can tell me the  karmic history of my souls journey, I started to create greater understanding and compassion and heal. It was important for me to do this process not only on a mental level as I was awakening, but also to embody the ascension experience I was going through, practicing yoga asana and pranayama, shamanic methods and cutting edge bio-energetic embodiment techniques to find home in this body. My mind and body started to create some coherence. 

Another big part of my journey was letting go of conditionings, appeasing others and the desire to be the saviour and messiah, taking on other people's energetic responsibility because I couldn't accept their suffering. There was a constant inner conflict and a difficulty making my own decisions in life because I felt so much of others emotions with this dysfunction of empathy. This created challenges in areas of life like sexuality,  relationships and career and with added traumas of experiencing sexual abuse as a kid, I found myself in constant states of trauma, anxiety and  identity crisis. But through the process of acceptance and allowing I've found great freedom for myself due to my ever expanding awareness, compassion and awakening to my truth. I now love expressing my sexuality, relationships and career in ways that feel authentic to the true me. 

I've spent the last 7 years learning all about the mind, body and soul from many holistic perspectives. Firstly, becoming a Yoga Teacher and then qualifying as an NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, Spiritual Response Therapy Advanced Practitioner, Akashic Record Reader, Galactic Astrologer and more. I've been part of ministry schools, various religious and mystical communities and worked with different coaches, healers and practitioners of all kinds gaining so much knowledge and wisdom along the way. Whilst gathering the best of all these various avenues I found my way back home to my personal truth and freedom so I can simply be. Resting in peace as me.

So, here I am sharing what I feel passionate about with humanity and I hope that my contribution to the puzzle helps you in some way.
